Q: How easy is Moor Mask® to use?
Moor Mask® is very easy to use, but if you get any on towels, carpets, clothes etc. they will be stained brown - temporarily. Being a totally natural skin care treatment Moor Mask® can be completely removed on a low-level wash, but we recommend using it in the bath or over the sink where any spills can be easily remedied. Q: How long should I leave the facial mask on?
10 minutes is the maximum period to leave the mask on unless you are using it to treat acne or severe problem skin and you should build up to this treatment duration gradually over a 21 day period. If there are visible capillaries or if you have sensitive skin the mask will be left on for approximately 3 minutes during the first few times of use. Then, as the skin begins to thrive, the duration can be gradually incresased up to 10 minutes. For normal skin, oily skin, male skin, dry skin or if you are using the product as an acne treatment you will begin with 5 minutes then build up to 10 minutes quite quickly. Q: How often should I use Moor Mask®?
For normal, undamaged skin, apply the Moor Mask® at weekly intervals. For ALL other skin types, initially, you need to use Moor Mask® once per day for a 21-day period to normalise the skin, during this time Moor Mask® will be working to bring the skin back into balance and it is important to give over this time commitment during the first phase of treatment in order to maximise results.
Once you have completed the 21-day normalisation period - you can drop down to a maintenance routine - unless you have a severe condition and in particular if you are using the mask as an acne treatment, in which case we recommend daily use until you are happy with the results. A maintenance routine varies according to the individual but is typically between 2-3 uses per week to 10 days.
Q: Which size Moor Mask® should I order?
